To cancel your membership, simply email member.services@maxmyinterest.com and one of our member services associates will assist you. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to each of your bank accounts, however, you will lose access to Max's account aggregation, monthly cash sweep, interest rate and FDIC optimization, Intelligent Funds Transfer and Consolidated Tax Reporting features.


If you have opened an account at UFB Direct, Radius Bank, Comenity Direct, or Sterling National Bank, you will no longer benefit from the preferential interest rates and terms that Max has arranged for its members and you will need to establish your own login credentials through the UFB DirectRadius Bank, Comenity Direct, or Sterling National Bank websites to access your account.
