The Max Common Application is designed to make it easy for you to open and link one or more online savings accounts in just a minute or two, without the need for logins and passwords.
If you wish to establish your own login credentials for these accounts, simply click on the gear icon next to each bank on your Max Dashboard and follow the links to enroll in online banking.
For BrioDirect powered by Webster Bank, in order to establish access to online banking, you will be asked to enter the primary account holder’s mother’s maiden name, which you submitted as part of your Max Common Application.
For Quontic Bank, you will need to have your account number to set up your online banking credentials. This account number can be found in Max, underneath the link to set up online banking access. You will need to select “Savings” as the account type from the drop-down menu.
For Customers Bank, you will need to have your account number to setup your online banking credentials. This information can be found in Max, underneath the link to set up online banking access.
For BankProv, you will need to have an account number to set up your online banking credentials. This information can be found in Max, underneath the link to set up online banking access. You will need to select “Register” on the BankProv website to set up online banking access.
For Veritex Bank, you will need to select “Personal” on the Veritex Bank website and complete the enrollment form to set up online banking access.
For Fieldpoint Private, please follow the prompts to enroll in OLB (Online Banking) and use the provided link: Fieldpoint Private Online Banking
Similarly, if you have opened a Max Checking account, you can click on the gear icon next to Max Checking to find a link to enroll in online banking.
