For your security, all Max member profiles are protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA).
As a best practice, it is important to always use a unique password for all of your online accounts. In addition, setting up MFA makes it more difficult for that unauthorized party to gain access to your profile. You can read more about Max’s approach to privacy and security here.
Setting Up MFA
During enrollment, you will be prompted to enter your phone number and verify your device using a unique security code.
If you are logging in from a trusted device, you can click “Remember this device.” Max will keep your device authenticated for up to 6 months, so you won’t need to enter the MFA code every time you log in.
MFA Settings
You can update your MFA phone number, switch to an authenticator app, or manage your trusted devices via your MFA Settings:
Log into the Max Dashboard
Navigate to “Profile” > “Multi-Factor Authentication”
Quick Tip: If you are traveling abroad, we recommend enabling an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. This will allow you to log into your Max Profile without having to receive a text message or phone call.
