Yes. Since nearly 80% of new members choose to use Max without a monthly sweep from their existing checking account, we can now make this the default option for your clients so that setup is simpler and faster. 


Instead of being given the choice of which checking account to use with Max, by default clients can benefit from an integrated Max Checking account to handle transfers between accounts as rates change, with the added benefit of support for multiple funding accounts no matter where they bank, as well as the ability to allow advisors to assist their clients with funding Max more easily.

Note: Existing clients who have linked their primary checking or brokerage checking account as their ‘hub’ account may continue to do so even after you decide to change this default setting. Clients will still see references to the other way of using Max in the support content. If you have any individual clients who prefer to use Max by linking an existing supported checking account as the ‘hub’ account to handle transfers, simply contact Max Member Services to override the default for a specific client.
