If you encounter difficulty linking your existing savings account, please ensure that you are entering your login credentials properly. Linking issues are often caused by the incorrect entry of login credentials. When entering your password, you can click “(Show)” to reveal the characters you are typing, making it easier to ensure that you have typed in your password correctly.

Login credentials are not required for bank accounts opened using the Max Common Application.
