If you use Envestnet or Tamarac as your reporting platform, you can view a client's Max balances on these platforms. The aggregate balance will come in as a single account and can be handled like any other account e.g. included in reporting and portals.

If you use Orion as your reporting platform, you can view a client’s Max balances in Orion, and the total cash balances will come in as a single account, which you can manage just like any other account on Orion, including allowing clients to view their Max account balance on their portal or see it in reports you send to them.

If you use Morningstar ByAllAccounts for aggregation, your client's Max balances can be delivered to any one of the more than 45 reporting platforms that are compatible with this solution. Most importantly, your clients do not have to do anything to set this up since the data flow is enabled by your advisor login.

If your reporting platform does not currently have an integration with Max, you can use the balances from your Max Advisor Dashboard and enter this data into your reporting system. This data is available on-screen as well as available for download as a CSV file via a link at the bottom of your Max Advisor Dashboard.
