If you desire to change your login or password for one of your savings accounts, you can do so either by visiting their websites or contacting their telephone support lines. If you are locked out of one of your savings accounts, please call the telephone support line. For your convenience, a list of the supported online banks, websites, and customer service telephone numbers is included below:

If you do change any of your online banking passwords, please be sure to update the Max website with your new login credentials as well. To do so, click on the gear icon next to any of your bank account balances on your Max Dashboard, update your login credentials, and click to save your changes. 

For accounts at UFB Direct, BrioDirect powered by Webster Bank, Quontic Bank, Customers Bank, Veritex Bank, or BankProv, you do not need to update your Max account with any changes that you make to your passwords.

For your security, all passwords that you enter into Max are encrypted immediately. So please note that if you have forgotten the password for any of your bank accounts, Max Member Services associates will unfortunately not be able to retrieve this information for you. You will need to contact your bank directly to reset your password.
