The Max member agreement includes provisions that permit Max’s computers to retrieve balance information and send, on your behalf, your funds transfer instructions to your banks so that they can reallocate your funds among your accounts.. You can view all of the agreements associated with your membership by logging into Max, visiting your Profile page, and clicking on the User Agreements tab.
