You can reach our Member Services department one of two ways:
We offer support by email, rather than by phone, as email has proven to be a more effective means of providing consistent and comprehensive responses to member inquiries. Through email, we are able to share graphics, screenshots, and review your inquiry history, so that in the event that you have follow up questions, you need not repeat yourself. Email-based support also spares our members from having to navigate endless phone menus or endure hold music.
Once your inquiry has been submitted, you should expect a personal response within 12 hours on weekdays and 24 hours on weekends and holidays, but often much sooner.
If you do wish to speak with one of our representatives by phone, kindly indicate the best time of day to reach you and the number on which you can best be reached, and one of our representatives would be pleased to call you directly to answer any additional questions you might have.
