How to Deposit Funds

With Max, you can deposit funds via a same-day wire transfer, or via an ACH transfer, which usually takes 1–3 business days.

How to deposit funds via wire transfer:

1. Sign into your Max Dashboard.
2. Navigate to "Transfers" and click "Deposit into Max Checking"
3. Click "wire funds" at the bottom of the page to view your wire transfer instructions.
4. Contact your bank to request a wire transfer.
5. Once your wire transfer is completed, log into your Max Dashboard to initiate an optimization. 

How to deposit funds via ACH:

1. Sign into your Max Dashboard.
2. Navigate to "Transfers" and click "Deposit into Max Checking"
3. Enter the amount, confirm the funding source, and click "Deposit Funds"

Note: For new clients of Customers Bank, which services Max Checking, funds deposited by ACH may be subject to an initial bank hold of up to 10 business days. To avoid this hold, you may wish to schedule your initial deposit via wire transfer.
