You can invite your clients to join Max from your Max Advisor Dashboard, or depending on your firm’s integrations, directly through your CRM.
Clients are also welcome to sign up for Max directly. However, direct sign ups may be subject to additional review. To streamline the enrollment process, we recommend using one of the invitation methods described below. Clients who sign up via your invitation will also be automatically linked to your advisor profile, so that you can see their balances via your Max Advisor Dashboard or through your firm’s financial reporting and planning software.
To invite your clients to join Max:
- Log into your Max Financial Advisor Dashboard.
- Click “Invite Clients” at the top of the page, and your invitation options will be displayed according to your firm’s settings.
Invitation Methods:
- Client Invitation Link: Copy/Paste your personal link into emails or newsletters to invite your clients to join Max. (New York Life Financial Professionals should paste this link into the SMRU-approved email template.)
- Client Invitation Form: Pre-populate the Max Common Application by entering your client’s contact information on their behalf.
- CRM Integration: Depending on your integrations, you may also be able to invite your clients to Max directly through your CRM. Please refer to our Integration Guide for details.
