We've designed Max this way for enhanced security, so that your sensitive bank data is not stored locally on your device. As Max adds new features, they become available to you automatically, without the need to update an app.
To add a shortcut to Max to your iPhone or iPad home screen, open up your Safari app and navigate to the Max website. Click on the bottom of your screen where you see the box with the upward pointing arrow. Then click on "Add to Home Screen."
