How to Access Online Banking

From your Max Dashboard you can view balances, schedule transfers, track performance, and access year-end tax forms.

For additional bank-specific services such as viewing monthly statements, updating your address, changing beneficiaries, or initiating wire transfers, you can set up online banking credentials directly with your underlying banks.

To set up online banking credentials:

1. Log in to your Max Dashboard.
2. Click the account card to expand the account details. 
3. At the bottom of the Account Settings, click "Enroll in Online Banking."
4. Follow the instructions to register for online banking (if you've already created a username and password, click Log In instead).
5. Once logged in, you can access bank-specific features through the bank's online banking portal.
