How can I access monthly statements for my savings accounts?

Modified on Tue, Apr 16, 2024 at 6:52 PM

The Max Dashboard enables you to see your current balances across all of your accounts on one screen. You will also receive monthly statements from your banks, either by mail (paper statements) or electronically (e-statements).

Some banks default to sending your monthly statements in the mail, while others will default to offering you paperless statements available through online banking:

Barclays

Paperless Statements

Customers Bank

Paperless Statements

Quontic Bank

UFB Direct, a division of Axos Bank

Ally Bank

BrioDirect powered by Webster Bank

Veritex BankPaper Statements
Fieldpoint Private

If you would like to access monthly statements for your savings accounts, review transaction activity, or change the delivery method for your monthly statements, you can do so by logging into your online banks' websites.

If you haven't yet set up direct access to your online savings accounts, please refer to the following Knowledge Base article for information on how to enroll in online banking: How can I access my accounts created via the Max Common Application?
