Like most online banks, many of the banks supported on the Max platform place an initial hold on deposits to help protect against fraud. During this time you are still earning interest on these funds, but they are not available for transfer or withdrawal. These funds will show as part of your total balance, but not as part of your available balance. Some banks vary the hold period based on how long an account has been opened. Accounts are considered "New Accounts" if they have been open for less than 30 days.
